Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」

「Wrote a Google review. It’s been renovated but just lipstick on a pig. Older fixtures and cracks/tears. Noisy. Charged us $13 each for standard ‘free breakfast’ everywhere else. Replied on Google that it was made-to-order option, which no one mentioned nor observed and other guests had same complaints around us. Most guests are staying next to the highway and close to fairgrounds for a mid-priced hotel. They’re trying for upscale, but it doesn’t work there. We won’t stay there again.」

「Gabby at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was extremely helpful with local restaurants; she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay; and she was fast and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful and offered a good variety of hot and cold items - Mary does a great job! The rooms were clean and you couldn't even tell animals have been in them. I'm so thankful for the Wyndam allowing pets to stay on property!! It saved us this past holiday!」

「Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross」
