「Staff was not very helpful when I checked in the room the toilet was clogged and they sent me up with a plunger multiple times because the maintenance person “did not feel like showing up” poor customer service」

「Nothing」

「Clean, quiet and friendly. The default temperature of the air conditioning in the room should be set lower. And the elevator is out of service a bit too often.」

「Room was clean and staff was very helpful」

「This was not the nicest, but not expensive either. It wasn't bad at all, just not high-end, for sure. I didn't see any bugs, and it seemed as though it was clean. I'd stay there again, but it would need to be for a good price. Too much more money and I'd opt up.」

「Room was dirty, ice machine did not work. Had to look like 4 rooms to find one that was "ok". TV did not have channels it was the worse room I have stay in my life.」

「房間很乾淨，附近交通也很方便。服務人員很親切，當然，豐盛的早餐也令人印象深刻。」

「Hidden gem Well kept good food」

「My room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was ready and items offered were appetizing.」
