「This is an INCREDIBLE property! Beautiful landscaping, 10 min. drive from Bagno Regio. The breakfast they served was over the top delicious with home made treats, fresh ricotta cheese, and a wide variety of choices. They make a caffe/espresso for you. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable.
There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!」

「The room is clean. There is public wifi at the lobby. No wifi in the room. 5 Euro for breakfast for each person. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it is not too hot in the room during summer timeas the hotel is on highland. There is fan in the room.」
「Excellent location in the old town. Walkable to everything in Orvieto. Delightful and helpful staff, charming room. Hotel has one parking spot in a modern garage a few blocks away. Otherwise, it is in a Zona a Traffico Limitato and hard to get to. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.」
