Не работал душ и чинить пришли толькл на следующий день. Очень шумно. Напротив окна жилого дома и внизу бар, где орут пьяные люди. Душно, нет кондиционера, нет парковки, хотя указано, что есть.

easy hotel for when you travel to an other city

When you came from the city center (very close by the hotel) there is a bar but not coosy and they want to consume your drinks at the hotel room. There wasn't a elevator. The breakfast is very easy and not a lot of variation. The view on the room is on buildings, not the cosy feeling from the town.

Posizione comoda per acquario e zona porto. Camere ben arredate e pulite, ma riscaldamento troppo alto anche nella zona riservata alla colazione. L’anta della nostra camera non si chiudeva bene e di notte c’era illuminazione grazie ai lampioni esterni. Per chi, come me, è abituato a dormire al buio non è stata una notte tranquilla, ma in compenso non era rumorosa

Esperienza pessima Chiamando la struttura per avere informazioni circa il parcheggio mi hanno offerto un servizio con un parcheggio privato “convenzionato” ...ho aspettato e pagato un parcheggio diverso per 3 ore prima di avere il servizio “prenotato” in anticipo Una stanza fatiscente: la finestra del bagno affacciava nella stanza ed era sorretta da un prendi abito Non vi era acqua calda Non c’era un poggia asciugamani, un porta sapone... Assolutamente inadatta ad una sistemazione familiare (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 3 e 5anni) Bagno nella hall senza carta igienica e con scarico nn funzionante! Colazione discreta Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Établissement à éviter

Chambre minuscule ; douche vétuste; escalier très raide et pas d'ascenseur. Malgré une réservation confirmée par nos amis d'une place de parking, aucune place disponible et un accueil peu aimable du patron. Bilan : une voiture rayée pendant la nuit !

Hotel Manager was disappointing upon our arriving at the facility. Shower in bathroom is incredibly small and difficult to use. Hotel was reflective of "Old Italy" description. Location was good for us as we were embarking on a cruise at the port.

das Hotel ist schwer zu finden

Der Zustand des Zimmers war noch o.k. - im Bad ar aber schwarzer Schimmel an den Fliesenfugen - vor allem in der Dusche, welche wir daher nicht benutzten und das Fenster zum dreckigen Innenschacht ließ sich nicht schließen. Der ganze Raum roch extrem nach Essigreiniger. Zum Glück wollten wir dort nur ein paar Stunden schlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl. Der Parkplatz war relativ weit (5 Minuten Fußweg auf Kopfsteinpflaster und bergauf und -ab) für einen Weg mit Gepäck entfernt.

Bad first impression

The room they gave us when we arrived looked nothing like the pictures on hotel.com No window, bad smell, old half painted walls. After we told them we would be cutting our stay short because of it, they offered us a much better room, still not the same quality as the image but night and day compared to the first. Location is right by the port, we like walking so it was ideal, room was comfortable.

Io ho avuto la camera 16 che si presenta non accogliente , minimo da riverniciare x non parlare degli arredi,, il bagno è vecchio e mal tenuto, ho trovato capelli in doccia, colazione solo con prodotti confezioniati.Avevamo prenotato il parcheggio per le moto e non ci è stato dato. Troppe negatività, non lo consiglio assolutamente

Hotel situato nel centro storico di Genova, per raggiungerlo è necessario attraversare le tipiche stradine strette della città. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale Punto sicuramente a favore la colazione inclusa nel prezzo della camera ed abbondante.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Buona colazione a buffet. I comfort (tv, condizionatore e asciugacapelli) in camera erano tutti funzionanti. Note negative: la pulizia della stanza, la scomodità di avere camere al quarto piano senza ascensore, la sala colazioni piccola e la struttura dell'hotel datata.

situato in un vico a due passi dall'acquario è facilmente raggiungibile. Purtroppo appena arrivato ho avuto un problema con il parcheggio prenotato ma non disponibile anche se non dipeso totalmente dalla struttura. Il personale è stato sufficientemente funzionale. La mia camera purtroppo però non era ne pulita ne ben curata (mattonelle rotte, lenzuola e copriletto macchiato). Per la mia esperienza, posso consigliare questa struttura solo come punto di appoggio non per una permanenze di più giorni.

A due passi dall'acquario e dal porto antico l'hotel è datato, ma la cosa più sorprendente è la pulizia veramente sommaria, muffa e polvere la fanno da padrone. Colazione sufficiente, personale cortese.

Basic rooms but needs updating

Adequate for our family of 4 (double and 2 single beds). Rooms are badly in need of updating. Pleased with staff and breakfast - they held our bags for the day until our flight.
