Phenomenal polite staff, extremely helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Some areas close to the hotel are a little sketchy as they're close to the train station, but mind how you go and you'll be fine.

The absolute best location for convenience to bus and train transportation. The front desk personnel were fantastic. The room is in need of repairs and updating. The area is busy; lots of traffic.

スタッフは親切で笑顔が素敵。 わかりやすいようにゆっくり話してくれた。 ただ問題は部屋。 エアコンをつけていると水が大量に滴ってその下が水浸しに。そのせいでエアコンを付けられず寝た。 バスルームは前の人のゴミが回収されずにあった。シャワーは黒い砂よりも大きい汚れたものが大量に落ちてて、流してから使った。 スタッフは素晴らしいけど、掃除が酷い。

This hotel is pretty close to the bus station and a metro station. Very convenient access and reasonable price. Also, the staff was very professional.

Great budget hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location for the train station, cruise port and city centre. Stayed here for 2 days before our cruise and a day after. We would certainly stay here again if cruise from Genoa again.

Думали, что это привокзальный клоповник, а попали в приличный отель. Все чисто, аккуратно, удобно. Просторный номер, чистая постель, современный санузел. Прекрасный завтрак. Очень удобное расположение. 2 минуты пешком от вокзала и круизного терминала.

P.P. 駅から近く、徒歩1分。午前10時に到着したが部屋が準備できていたので、入らせてくれました。シングルの部屋は、まずまずの広さ湯沸かしは無いがフロントに頼んだら、直ぐに用意してくれた。bagno も広くて使いやすい。

Very friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Appreciated the effort made by the staff to make the room ready for us, despite us checking-in early. Location next to the railway station was ideal and made traveling to Milan easy.
