Excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again.

Very nice little hotel.

Comfortable hotel in the process of remodeling. Very small parking lot but had enough room planned out for the guests arriving. Very accommodating about leaving the car after check-out so we could walk around Genoa. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet (our room was right next to the road). The air conditioner worked like a charm and kept the room very comfortable. Within walking distance of all the tourist things in the city center and close to the beach and sea. The staff are very accommodating and will help you park you car in their extremely small but capable parking area. 10/10 would come back again.

Whats not to like?

First class basic spot to stay when in Genoa. Nothing fancy but very handy and special mention to the parking - makes life very easy. Beds comfy. Aircon good. And above all breakfast first class. What's not to like? Great value

The property was under remodeling, my room was not all put together(panels missing from ceiling). The cleaning products smell was overwhelming. Had to ask for toilet paper. The bed was hard as a rock, glad I was only there one night. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I have been traveling in Portugal and Spain with wonderful hotels, this introduction to Genoa was a great disappointment.

Was going to leave a higher rating since the staff was really kind, but this hotel honestly does not fully deserve it. At first glance the hotel seemed amazing, but parking is complicated and once we got settled in we found a lot of issues with our room. The towels were full of holes and were not exactly white, the bedsheets also had weird black things on them, some small hairs, and a few holes. The mini fridge in our room was not working so some food we had went bad, and there was no hot water when my family went to shower. I am giving it three stars just because the staff were great and gave many recommendations for what to do around Genoa and the hotel is fairly close to many things. The breakfast was also just average, not a lot of options.

Ottimo soggiorno! Il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La camera era nuova e molto pulita, curata nei dettagli; forse un po’ piccola, ma comunque funzionale e confortevole. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca accoglienza e professionalità.
