Stay away

From the momement we arrived staff behaved oddly. It felt as if they were watching our every move. The only camera inside the building shows who is entering and exiting. On our 3rd night, exiting the door, my brother gets robbed of his IPhone by a street thug. We asked hotel reception to contact police and they refused saying "no police". Had a bad feeling from day one about this place. Stay away, shady people, shady area

Central and in need of refurbishment but ok.

The hotel is central so a big plus, room are ok for the rate even if the rooms are old and worn out. Bed was really uncomfortable but room clean. It was quiet even if it’s located in the center. Service was great :)

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti..di cui solo 1 notte in quanto la nostra prenotazione già pagata era stata cestinata senza avviso da un personale incompetentemente.. .personale pessimo tranne per un ragazzo gentile alla reception ...pulizia scarsa della stanza...cattivi odori...bagno con piastrelle con muffa...camera con prese di corrente rotte...una notte horror... non ci torneremo più

In un palazzo storico nel pieno centro medioevale a due passi dalla basilica di San Siro e da quella via del campo amata da Faber è sicuramente un ottimo hotel in tutte le sue parti... Da sostare anche nei prossimi momenti di Genova

Language was a big barrier - no tea or coffee making facilities - the lift was the tiniest ever - staff were unhelpful. I requested support to find a laundromat and nothing was forthcoming. It was difficult to locate but once there was easy to get around- no a/c - not comfortable bed - very small unit

Central location; good value for money

Small place. Had a reasonable room on the uppermost floor. Picked it for its nice central location. There are probably better places around but I was happy with the place. I believe the rooms are more airy, better view, the higher you get in the building.

Comodo all'Acquario ma zona pessima

La via in cui si trova l'ingresso dell'hotel è sporca e decadente, per l'importo pagato avrei gradito almeno la colazione e un secondo letto per il bambino (se prenoto una tripla non mi aspetto di dormire con il bambino nel matrimoniale). Non lo consiglierei, per una notte si porta pazienza (dentro fra l'altro è vecchio ma pulito e decoroso) ma ci sono alberghi migliori, se ci si muove per tempo.

A 300 metri dall'acquario

Molto vicino al porto antico e quindi agevole per portare i bagagli. In 2 minuti abbiamo fatto check-in e in altri 2 il check-out. L'albergo è semplice e pulito. Il Wi-fi mi è parso funzionare bene. Lo consiglio.

potrebbe essere meglio come hotel.

La camera assegnata è molto piccola, per caricare il cellulare (o qualsiasi altra cosa) è necessario tenere la luce accesa (questo nel bagno) tanto che ho dovuto togliere la lampadina e rimetterla la mattina. rete WiFi nella stanza che non funziona e la rete telefonica in generale è schermata totalmente.

Je ne recommande pas

Le séjour était bien car la ville est formidable. Par contre l'hôtel ne fait pas ses 3 étoiles. Il n'y a aucun service, ni en anglais, ni en français ni même en italien. Le déjeuner n'est vraiment pas adéquat. Je ne suis pas une fine bouche et pourtant ce n'était pas convenable. Plusieurs prostitués autour de l'hôtel ce qui ne conviendrait pas aux familles. Le prix est cher pour l'état géneral de l'hôtel. Le mobilier est exécrable, le lit creuse, et les chambres minuscules. Je n'aime pas cela donner de mauvais commetaires mais cet hôtel doit absolument s'améliorer ou bien revoir son nombre "d'étoiles" à la baisse.

L'hotel è in posizione molto comoda per il centro storico e per l'acquario, il prezzo è in linea con quanto offerto dalla camera, la colazione inclusa nel prezzo è buona e abbondante.

Great for aquarium

Just try walking from the aquarium area back to the hotel, Genoa is a very shaddy looking area , and not many good looking kind folks around in this area. you can get lost and worried real fast.

Cet hôtel est globalement tout à fait correct.

Ayant demandé une chambre à un lit, je ne pouvais obtenir qu'une petite chambre. J'aurais cependant apprécié plus d'espace. A mon grand étonnement l'équipement des sanitaires fonctionnait parfaitement et la connexion internet aussi.
