" I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Royal. From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. I was warmly greeted with a genuine smile by Dimitri, who immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Within minutes, everything was already taken care of — he had sent the bellboy to my car to retrieve our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and efficient touch. As a VIP Expedia member, he also kindly upgraded me to a huge suite, which was an incredible surprise. The suite was stunning, featuring one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen, a private balcony with a lovely city view, and even a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. It truly made the stay feel extra special. The excellent service didn’t stop there — the staff at the restaurant and bar were also extremely kind and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay. The combination of warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and beautiful accommodations made this a memorable experience in Geneva. "Very close to airport. Check in process is long and teduous: asking for the colour of your underwear and a DO IT YOURSELF data entering including passport numbers, expriry, date of birth for every occuoant. Sll this yo say it is a VERY INEFFICIENT and most of all LENGHTY process that in my opinion is a WASTE OF TINE for clients on too of being invasive to privacy."
