"I had a great experience! Conveniently located, beautifully designed rooms, but having good pleasant staff in a city like Geneva was the icing in the cake. The lady who checked me in was helpful, accommodating, gave early check in and even spoke Spanish. It was nice to hear my mother tongue"

We could have used a couple of extra pillows, and the "night-stands (trays) on the walls between the beds were so tiny--there was almost no place to place any personal items ..."
