We’d booked a family suite but were upgraded to two connecting rooms, which was perfect. I wish we’d had time to use the spa!"

My only constructive feedback would be to make the shuttle available for more hours, as it was only available early morning or evening but not during the day. Train station was a 5 minute walk from the property. Highly recommend for individuals and family....

"It’s a very small and quaint hotel. The room furnishes are very dated, There is a high step up to the toilet (not suitable for wheelchair accessible and people with arthritis knees) and is very small especially the shower area (smaller than the shower on board a cruise) but the shower is excellent with good pressure and hot water. Only one type of liquid soap provided in the shower which we guess it is a combo of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is no mini fridge and air conditioning in the...

"Staff at bar restaurant was great! Our bathroom had a clog that was fixed promptly and there was black hair on floor upon arrival and some safety pins but otherwise great!"
