"The service was terrible. They advertise with a free shuttle from the airport, but then when you arrive there is none. They claim to be the Airport hotel within 2 km from the airport, but if you need to take a taxi it is more like 10-15km. They do not admit they are wrong and unwilling to compensate the cost of getting there. The facilities are old and need a massive update. Called for an iron board and iron in the morning and after 20 min the reception called back that they could not find any…....
