Check-in was handled directly thru the attendant and communication began the day before I arrived. I asked questions and they guided me from the airport to the room, by train (saving me $50). 「Struttura molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo pernottato nella stanza Luxury e la vasca la rende molto piacevole, un plus non da poco considerando che a Roma si trovano raramente strutture cosi. Check-in effettuato direttamente telefonicamente. Esperienza piacevolissima. Anche se la struttura non si trova al centro c’è comunque la metro che permette di arrivare al Colosseo molto velocemente, quindi la posizione non è un problema anche se un po’ fuori mano. 「The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. 」

「I visit Italy yearly. This property is in the Piazza Bologna area - professional working people and university students. The Metro/subway is right at the Hotel entrance - 18euro gets you a three day pass for the metro and buses. Go to your left 50 feet and there are numerous places for your morning caffe and places to buy flowers for your friends. I have eaten in several of the local ristoranti in the piazza - all excellent.
