unbelievable service
"this is my first time the hotel didnt change the tower and shampoo when i stay in the hotel 3-4 days . when i ask the room service then i got the reply ... you are the first customer to ask this request ?! unbelievable , you only get everything when first time check in . if you stay 2 days up . nothing ..."

"Ondanks dat het niet de nieuwste van de valk is het uitstekend bevallen. De kamers kunnen een kleine refresh gebruiken maar de bedden zijn uitstekend! Tot slot waanzinnig goed ontbijt en gastvrij personeel, zeker een aanrader!"

"Hyggelig udsigt, perfekt beliggenhed til centrum Sengen var gået i stykker. Problemer med indtjekning, stedet havde glemt at sende kode til hotellet, prøvede at kontakte dem flere gange , men de lagde på midt i samtalen , måtte ringe op 3 gange."

"Upon arrival the owner was on hand to help us with checking in and showed us straight to our lodge. The facilities are of the highest quality and you feel right at home straight away. Our 3 year old daughter loved all the toys in the garden especially the big trampoline. There is a grocery shop 4 ..."
