"Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

"Cleanliness"

"Location of the hotel is fantastic. Closer to Jonker walk and lots of food and cafe options nearby. Do note that the external window panels needs to be closed when it rains else the rain will seep into the room. We had to clean up after one rainy night."

"Noisy at the corridors. Late check in guests noise. Great bathroom floor and not slippery. That is awesome."

"Everybody was amazing. One of the best stay ever. I came in with my kids and wife and felt at home. Truly exceptional staff."

"suit for those who are don't mind about cleanliness. basically, all clean but the visual doesn't say so. got stain on the towel and bed sheet. more to improper maintenance after so long of service (which means the pictures is longg ago) dirty toilet and no holder for water heater. but we are survived there, nearly want to cancel but its ok, just sleep cos we checked in quite late. staff is welcoming and easy to deal."

"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."
