The property is conveniently located next to the main city highway yet is exceptionally quiet. It is at the edge of the old town - an easy walk everywhere. The best part was the spa experience (though crowded on weekends) and the cleanliness of the hotel. Only disappointment was parking situation. Upon arrival, the front desk guy said that their parking was full and there was no Valet option. He informed us that if we parked on the street, we risked to get a parking violation ticket, though there were no NO PARKING signs. On the last day of our stay hotel parking became available, but it was difficult to find a parking spot under the building. A 30 euro price per night was rather steep when there was a free dirt lot parking in front of the hotel (though always overflowing) and other hotels in the area offer a 10 euro parking. Our room had no view (we saw a building across a tiny street) but it had a balcony and as the building across the street waa empty, it felt private and it was quiet. Two elevators were always too busy for a huge building and rather difficult to use. Otherwise it was a wonderful and relaxing stay in a modern, very clean, conveniently located hotel with a relaxing spa.

Stay away from this hotel, it is managed by mobster Pawel Zarembski who should not be in the hospitality or service industry, instead he should be in jail. It is very sad that Pawel Zarembski is racketeering in this beautiful hotel. We checked in on march 16th and our reservation was for 2 nights. I already paid for it via expedia. I checked in and a nice front desk agent checked me in. She was very nice and even helped me get to my room. We liked our stay and we decided to extend our stay for another two nights. Once again, we paid it via expedia. Nobody asked for any credit card or payment. Our second reservation was from 18th to 20th. We met Pawel on 19th march around afternoon. I came downstairs and tried to get new cards for room and spa towels from him, he refused and he did not even listen to what I was trying to say. I was trying to explain to him that I extended our stay and we need new cards. He started yelling and refusing me. Then I was like how am I going to go to my room if my card is expired. Finally, he decided to ask for my room number after 5 minutes of arguing. I honestly did not know what his problem was. All I wanted was to get new cards, but he chose to yell and refuse me. Even other guests were staring at him. I commented on him saying "this is not good hospitality". He responded like "Do you want me to kick you out? I can also call the police, actually I don't need that, I will kick you out with no problem, watch out."  His comment was very alarming fo

Excellent hotel and just over the bridge from Old Town Gdansk. Almost feels like it's brand new. Clean comfortable and excellent pool and spa facilities.

Original room was quite small, smaller than it seemed on the pictures and we had some issues with air con so we were moved - the second room was spacious, clean and lovely Staff have been attentive friendly and helpful Shower was lovely and hot and even had a massage setting which was lovely when washing my hair Seems no expense spared when building the hotel, was just so clean and fresh Rooms smelt clean aswell and the bedding was soft Beds a little hard but slept well Only downside… the spa It was busy most of the time and very dark, the hottub wasn’t that hot but it was still pleasant After looking around at other hotels in Gdansk on Expedia this does seem to win all the prizes in terms of cleanliness and convenience Would recommend but do not book if basing it on the spa

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in my entire life. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food, including fish and vegetarian/vegan options. The SPA area was clean, tidy, and lovely. Our room was very comfy too. All staff have been fantastic, I was in shock by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Thank you for making our stay the best!

I Would return..
Highly recommended, good location for old town and all of Gdansk's attractions. The room is very clean and cleaned each morning. Included a fridge , kettle and safe for valuables. My room was next to the lift but had no noise from this. The fan in my room was noisy , rang reception and the matter was resolved in 20mins. An excellent breakfast choice hot and cold buffet certainly worth including. Champagne is also served free at breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna and steam room are very clean and worth using, robe included with the room. WiFi was good too. Very friendly staff. Taxi arranged from the hotel and trip to the airport cost 90 zloty just under £20.

Great location next to the old city. Large, efficient hotel. Room very spacious .. much larger than expected. Enjoyed the pool & waterfall shower features. Everything spotless. Good variety at breakfast.

Nice stylish hotel - like a more classy Hotel Indigo! Spacious rooms though a few irritating things like the light switches that aren’t always logical. Wide choice at breakfast with polish items as well as tge usual. Staff aren’t the warm and welcoming type but that’s possibly more polish service rather than an issue at this hotel.

All staff very friendly, courteous & professional. Buffet breakfast, very very good. Only negatives was pool a bit small for amount of people wanting to use it. Unsupervised children in pool. Overall though pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi are good.
