Disgusting and Unacceptable – Do Not Book

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy. The toilet had human feces from previous guests. All the towels and bed sheets were stained with unknown substances. On top of that, we found multiple bugs in the bed and sofa. We had booked a 3-night stay but couldn't even last a few hours. We left immediately and had to find another hotel the same night. The condition of the room made it completely unlivable and a serious health risk. We contacted Happy Stay right away to request cleaning—no response. Later, we reached out for a refund and were told a manager would get in touch, but no one ever did. We've tried multiple times since and received no help at all. This place is a complete scam. It was filthy, unsafe, and falsely advertised. The total lack of customer support made it even worse. If you value your health, comfort, or sanity, avoid this place at all costs.
