"This is a nice smaller hotel in an interesting area of KK. Be mindful that if you get a room at the back of the hotel that there is quite at bit of noise from the road. "

"1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help.
2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. But tv channels are pretty fantastic. The phone, “At Your Service” button is not working. We have to go to front desk to order food.
3. If there’s poster/notices at the concierge corner, it’d help to remind us on local tours and attractions to explore. We overlooked some important tours.
4. Services and attentiveness are pretty sharp and impressive, by the hotel gentlemen. Especially Nizam, the Teh-Tarik guy at breakfast, the breakfast manager (i think?), the Chinese spectacled guy receiving us from Grabs, and also Suhayl. All are sincere, polite, calm, and relaxing cool vibes. And the fair big (fat?) chef, that cooked my char kway teow to “perfect” flavor, only got him once, then he’s gone! (Why?!) This is the most homely feel to us. So keep up snd well done!
5. In future, we hope for a nice developed walkway, from hotel all the way to Suria Sabah, and to Imago Mall. We do enjoy our walks. But the area’s touting activities: massage services and seafood, feels rather intrusive. Otherwise, local tours are pretty refreshing."
"Fine for the price but the accommodation is tired, the toilets block (two rooms in our group had this problem) and the showers can flood through the gap to the rest of the bathroom. Beds are comfortable enough. Really dirty underneath the beds though in all the rooms our group had.
Breakfast was good and we also had one dinner here which was good too. Good, central location and not too noisy. "
"Love the buffet breakfast, so much to choose from. Pools are great, close to other dining. This is our second visit and we will definitely be back again"
