Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the location, we were right up in the mountains ,getting to see the nature. A downside was that there was little to none house keeping.There was a list of tasks we had to do before leaving like putting our used towels outside the door, opening blinds, emptying garbage, and doing the dishes. They also didn't have extra accommodations available like blankets and pillows and we also had to get extra towels ourselves.

Was really nice, great setup, fully equipped, comfortable with superb views of the mountains. The pool, hot tub and sauna are very nice after a day of hiking. The location is ideal, the national park and Gatlinburg are both just a few minutes away. The furniture was a tad worn but overall very satisfied.

The unit was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Furniture, especially beds, was comfortable and in good shape. We had all the basics needed to make our meals in the spacious kitchen. The view of Mt LeConte from building C was spectacular.

We really enjoyed our stay and the price point was amazing for what we got. I loved that we were tucked up away from the downtown area which was way too crowded and congested for us, as we came for the parks. It was nice to have dinner options though! Our room was a little dated, but very, very clean. It had everything we needed and I loved having a kitchen in the unit, especially with young kids. The pool was in great shape and we enjoyed it in the evenings. It was never overcrowded and the pool bathroom/shower were updated and incredibly clean. There were a couple small markets on either side of the resort for basic things, which was nice to have access to. I would highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to access it quickly.

We stayed in Unit C and it was a great time and an amazing view of ober Gatlinburg trolley, the bathroom is a little outdated but it did the job and had a massive tub. Everything was just wonderful overall.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed t this property before and wanted to try it again and glad we did. We arrived on Thanksgiving so the office was closed but they left the keys and instructions in a lockbox. The room/apartment was just like the last one we stayed in last time. 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen with oven and everything. Everything as spotless except a few ladybugs.
