Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable.The view of Smokey mountains were amazing from our room. We saw a bear with 2 cubs in the hotel parking lot.

My expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The condo was beautiful! The staff members were kind and informative. There was a lot available on site and it was so close to the Gatlinburg strip.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed t this property before and wanted to try it again and glad we did. We arrived on Thanksgiving so the office was closed but they left the keys and instructions in a lockbox. The room/apartment was just like the last one we stayed in last time. 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen with oven and everything. Everything as spotless except a few ladybugs.

The living room tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so the maintenance man brought me a new 50 inch smart tv.Everything was nice n comfortable. I recommend the stay.

Unit C great views!

We stayed in Unit C and it was a great time and an amazing view of ober Gatlinburg trolley, the bathroom is a little outdated but it did the job and had a massive tub. Everything was just wonderful overall.

We really enjoyed our vacation living in this resort. The location the staffs and the facilities indoor or outdoor are very nice except the beddings are not quite well prepared, since it’s cool weather, only provided thinnish blankets were not enough. Overall is excellent here. I think I will come again!

Really nice property. Friends and helpful staff. Great indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Our unit was nice and had everything we needed. It was updated and well situated. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. The only problem was the lack of water pressure in the showers. It would be helpful to have a spray nozzle at kitchen sink.

We loved our place and were thrilled with the modern updates and roominess! Two things needed attention--the master shower needed better cleaning and the beds needed a mattress pad or more sheets between mattress and us. Would be nice to have an extra blanket as well as the nights were cool.

Secluded but close to Downtown Gatlinburg

Condo was great, large, and comfortable. No view from 1st floor balcony. Staff was great. Game room was in only fair shape. BBQ grills worked but slow coming to temp. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were all great. Location was good but Ski Mnt Road DOES have semis that use it !!!! Nearly got smashed by one just below the pizza place. That's not a knock on Laurel Point but pay attention. Saw bears at back end on Laurel Point near picnic area twice and near the pizza place. Overall - we'd probably stay here again.

The hotel needs improvements, in my room the hot water was not working and there was no water pressure. On the other hand in the pool there were no towels, my husband and the child had to get out of the pool area wet at 10 pm. Cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and the vacuum cleaner was quite dirty. Kitchen and vacuum cleaner was quite dirty. The coffee maker, toaster and blender did not work. The place is very nice but needs improvement.

The nor worth $1200 for 3 day

When we reserved, we requested to get room pet free because my children suffered from asthma and allergies. We were told that they didn't have that available but the cleaning person was going to dust more and vacuum well. When we arrived to our room, there was dust on the windows and blinds, lamps, bedside tables. It was not vacuum, there was fur next to the chimney. The in room jacuzzi when it was turn on, there was dirt coming out. We never had a chance to use it, even the cleaning person came to clean it supposedly. There were blood stains on the sofa, under the sofa there was trash, and stains behind the dining chairs. There was a stain next to the bathroom sink. Honestly, it didn't look clean. We complained right away, one person came to dust. The rest was not done because all cleaning crew was gone for the day and for Thanksgiving were off. I am disappointed about this place. My children asthma and allergies activated with in being in the apartment a couple ours later. I wouldn't recommend this place if you suffered from asthma

The view is breathtaking. The pictures on the Hotel.com app are not updated. Rooms are updated, very spacious. Felt more like a condo. Two balconies. Fireplace. Full equiped kitchen. In an area recovering from fires. Only complaint: check in is from 4-5pm. No one to call afterhours to check in. Luckily ran into another guest that checked in late the day prior and explained the process to get keys to room. Definitely got money worth from this stay. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with y'all at lLaurel Point. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and. and comfortable. Our grandsons enjoyed everything about it. I think they would have been happy just to stay in their room and not doing any outside activities. It was by far the nicest place we have stayed. Thank y'all so much for giving us a n almost perfect vacation. The only thing we did get and wanted to see was snow. We deffinitely will stay there again if or when we come back and will recommend y'all to all our friends.
