「The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. 」

「This property was in a great location to see many sights of Ottawa. They had all the amenities. Staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean. The restaurant was amazing as well. I will be back and wohld highly recommend!!」

「Brookstreet is by far the best hotel in Ottawa. We live a few hours away and still go there at least 3 times a year for multiple nights to get away. The pool in the summer is incredible and the staff is top notch 」
