"I enjoyed my stay. The room was great, there was dining within walking distance and the free breakfast was very good. I would like to mention the agent at the front desk; I believe her name was Janeria. There was a mix up on my parking expectation and I was getting very frustrated. She kept her cool and remained friendly and professional throughout. She was happy to help me figure out Uber and gave us multiple options for dining. "

"Johnnie, the spa manager was absolutely delightful and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience. Tanner was my masseuse, wonderful and understanding of pressure preference. The bar staff was friendly, I had a wonderful lunch and dinner. Front of desk staff ensured that I was accommodated appropriately for what I purchased through Expedia when it did not match what was booked. Friendly when the discrepancy was brought up and handled it immediately. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, welcoming and warm. I will be returning again! "Great property for pets, only a few steps from a great park for bathroom trips for pups. Have stayed here several times. It is near all the good places and love that you get a free drink per night to make up for the city fee. The bar here is great. You won't be disappointed. The only thing we did not like, is they did not have the ability to cast to the TV if you are trying to watch football in your room and they did not have the channel (we were looking for SEC network). "
