"Pool was closed! Pillows in room were lumpy and horrible. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. Room was fairly clean, bed was okay!"

"The lighting in the bathroom was horrible, and the shaving mirror didn’t even light up. Bathroom is looking pretty worn out. Carpet to down the hall to the room was looking tattered and was bumpy and unravelled in places. I have seen other floors and rooms in way better condition. "

"As a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children, we stayed here the weekend of May 1-3, 2026, while we were in Grande Prairie for a sports event. The hotel was generally quiet and quite clean. The room was spacious, with two queen sized beds, and a kitchenette consisting of over/stove, microwave oven and a full sized fridge. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good quality and had plenty of options for our family. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and well maintained as well. This hotel was located about 15 minutes by car to the East Link Centre, and was close to plenty of retail and restaurants, many within walking distance. All amenities that we needed were in close proximity to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel room in Grande Prairie. "
