"We checked in expecting to be able to play our devices on the smart tv in the room. This was listed in the amenities section. It turned out the TV was not compatible and not connected to the internet. It wasn’t the one listed as an amenity. The ice machines were not working and not on every floor and only one elevator was operating. My wife is used to high standards at a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed with this location. It’s a tired old hotel. "

"From the time of check in till checking out it was one thing after another started off went to check in I did call and let them know I would be late she said that was fine to use the phone in the lobby area and someone would come right there get there and tried calling 3 times someone was coming out the main lobby area and just so happened to be a worker her hands was full she was struggling to open the door I went to hold the door open and she rudely starts saying no no step back I told her I was holding the door open for her to her to then ask me what I needed I told her I needed to check in first words have you paid yet I said yes online as well as spoken with someone on the phone earlier that day and told them I was gonna be a little late she then tried calling someone and they didn’t answer a male came in and she asked if someone had the phone that night and he said yes and she said tell her Someone is here to check in and told me to stay there not to go in someone came to the window but only lifted enough where I could hear her and slide my id under for them then slide my id and key cards under and said good night now here is where it goes crazy 1st room keys worked the air didn’t went back down tried calling again for 15 min to let her know that the air in the room did not work she then says ughh okay I guess I’ll move you rooms also still only lifting up to where I can hear her and not see her give me another room same thing in the end I spent 2 hours changing rooms"

"Room was good and clean Lobby couches had stains: not sure about chairs and carpet. Breakfast wasn’t great, and they didn’t restock very well and it got messy and the staff just stood around. After a while 2 of them started cleaning but did not do a great job and didn’t get everything, and they did not restock. Lobby staff needs help When I checked in waited some time no was at the front desk. I went to the manger office in back knocked on door no one. So I called see if anyone would come up after couple of mins a lady did come up to the desk. Need at lease on weekends someone at desk all the time and someone who can run to guest at there rooms for different things. This lady seem like she was doing both..general managers needs to see that. Had a man I told him I was checking out; then after I told them he said something to me and then started talking to another staff person while “ he was helping me” then points his finger at me said hold on. "

"The hotel had no rooms available. We drove from Florida and needed a place to rest to finish our drive the next day. Instead we had to make the drive home. "
