"Check in process is a nightmare. Super slow. No proper reception. Manager never showed up or handled my pricing issues through my entire stay. Iron and board were supposed to be in the property. It was not there. Besides following multiple times, never got them. Had to get out in the night time to get my dress ironed for my meetings next day. "The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed."
