「Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc. My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen. 」

「Julia greeted us and we truly felt at home. My husband and were not feeling well -(we got a stomach bug) and she kindly made us a very tasty chicken soup that helped calm our upset stomach. The room was quite spacious and just like the photos. The pool was nice tho I did not use it since it was already past 4 when we arrived and the water was cold. La habitación estaba limpia, bien equipada y decorada con gusto. El entorno es tranquilo, seguro y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para relajarse. Los servicios fueron excelentes y todo funcionó perfectamente. Recomiendo Villa Dulce Refugio al 100%. Es un sitio al que volveríamos sin pensarlo y merece la más alta calificación...

「It’s a nice and quiet hotel, you are able to relax, Thomas the owner is an amazing person and the staff provides amazing service. The food is Thai inspired and I give it 4.5 stars out of 5 and then there is Patricia the masseuse she is amazing spent 7 days @ Catalina and had a massage every other day.」
