「The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. 」

We were a family of four (with an infant) and were delighted to be allowed to check-in early as our room was ready.
