"Amazing staff, from check in, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff - everyone was super helpful. Especially want to give a shout out to Ryan from the restaurant and Floyd who graciously helped us with our bags and kept them safe until our room was available. Floyd gave us great advice on sight seeing in the area and history of the city. Ryan was personable and had great energy. These experiences really made it an even more special trip for us, we felt welcomed and at home. We’ll definitely be back to Cleveland and stay at this specific hotel."

"The executive suite had a wonderful view. The style of the room was special. Lots of polished stainless steel in the walls, trim, fixtures, and any finishings. There were automatic window blinds, lots of artwork, and comfortable furniture. The lounge access was nice. The staff were very eager to give you their full attention, even if it meant talking and keeping you company while you wait for your ride to show up. The convenience in its location is stellar too. Walk to and from 4th street and Jack's with ease. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself."

"The pool had slime on the bottom of the pool the water wasn’t very clean or maintained. The hot tub smelled and was very off putting .. the grout by the pool was green and algae ridden.."
