「The hotel seemed clean, but looked older and worn. We had wallpaper pealing off the walls in our room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was very helpful, which we really appreciated.」

「I would have rated higher, but I left an expensive pair of shades in the room and called within 30 minutes and they said they didn't find them, so someone actually stole my shades, but I can buy another pair, I just hope they can buy a conscience. Also, they put us in a smoking room and we had to buy air fresheners. We were told we couldn't switch to a non-smoking, because non were available. I didn't even know they still had smoking and non-smoking rooms.」

「The front desk could speak new English. I paid $170 for the room. They said it was a $35 incidental fee that would be held my credit card. I get there. They charge me 170+ another $125 for incidental fee. Room smell like they have not been cleaned out in years just old, moldy, smelly, terrible place advise do not stay there」

「The room was very nice and large. The hotel is under major renovation and I think they should have disclosed that before I made the reservation. That being said, I had to check out early and they were very helpful working with Expedia to make that easy.」
