「Not very impressed with meals, horrible free coffee and tea on breakfast (probably there were problems with water), but, of course, you can always buy coffee in the bar. On lunch and dinner all drinks except water are for extra payment. No electricity at nights, which is ESPECIALLY A PROBLEM if you have an early check-out, so we recommend finishing packing your luggage and having a shower in advance, because it's not easy to do it in absolute darkness. 「The room was cute but not clean at all. even after the cleaning service has passed. The area of the restaurant was not clean either. We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. 」

「Globally, we are satisfied - very good price and the comfort. The only point may be the internet is not working all the time but that’s normal in Dakhla, nothing to do with this place. As we were with family and some of us, were old, it was not easy to take all the stairs until the 4th floor. The host was very helpful and available anytime ! That’s very important because no everything can be found on internet ! THANK YOU 」
