I was sent to different hotel going there was the same sean so I decided to make other arrangements and didn't stay at the place. And went to Regenta hotel at circl chouk which was good choice. "

"All was good. Comfortable. "

"Rooms were disgusting, rats in the ceiling, dirty bedding and poor overall service. So dirty. The cafe qaolaa is good. Left after a night of no sleep. The manager said there's nothing they can do and refused to refund for the second night we didn't stay. "

"Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!"

"The hotel is relatively basic but very nice style. We had an issue in our room which was pretty bad but the staff did try to help and eventually moved us to a suite. There were no dairy alternatives for milk which was tricky but fine. The masala dosa for breakfast was very nice. A few more towels would be great! "

"Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."
