「The room was small and had very bad smell」

「The back of the hotel was trashed with old furniture, sinks and toilets limiting parking. Renovation equipment and materials made the hotel feel trashy. Shampoo container was empty in the bathroom. The room was adequate but overpriced. I will not return.」

「We reserved in advance knowing that we would want to enjoy the pool and the hot tub, but on arrival found neither was working. They "needed a part" we were told. 「I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.」
