「the stay was excellent!」

「Love this place!」

Dort konnte man alles kaufen was man zum Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche verfügt über Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Dolce Gusto Kaffee Maschine...

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Excellent customer service, prime location, and good breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.」

「Room qas very spacious, very clean. Directions to get into the property and room with codes were explained very well. Location is excellent with 10 min to train station and walking distance to all major tourist spots. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Verona.」
