Restful time in Garda
Really enjoyed our 9 night stay. It was spacious, good crockery and cutlery. Beds rather low but comfortable. Kitchen area good but induction hob and multi purposes oven a bit tricky to use to begin with. Balcony was lovely but only two deck chairs which weren’t that comfortable, a dining table and 4 chairs which weren’t comfortable to sit on for too long. All in all though a great place to stay in Garda.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment located about 15 mins walk from the centre of Garda. We had a ground floor apartment with a nice terrace and easy access to the excellent (if rather cold in September!) pool. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. Kitchen was ok. Was well enough equipped to make simple meals. Hob was good but oven was more a combined microwave type affair than a ‘proper’ oven. Big fridge and freezer. Even had a dishwasher which was a bonus. Huge shower in the bathroom which was lovely. All in all, would highly recommend.

Stayed at Olivo for five nights- it’s well equipped yet simple, with beautiful vegetation on the grounds. Great pool and workout room, plus a secure parking area. The room itself was a bit sparse- no decor and no manuals for the kitchen appliances (oven combo or dishwasher). We had a two bedroom apartment which had a lovely balcony. Towels and bedding are provided and were good quality. Our main concerns, though not dealbreakers, were the minimal amenities in room. We were provided 2 rolls of one-ply toilet paper, one sponge and a dish towel, 5 tiny packets of body wash, two small trash bags and a small bottle of dish soap. There is no service and the staff is not always available. The property is something between a VRBO and an extended stay property. We recommend Olivo.

Neue Ferienwohnungen in einer schönen Anlage. Zu Fuß ist man gleich bei einem kleinen Supermarkt oder direkt am See mit den ganzen Restaurants. Großer abgeschlossener Parkplatz auch für große Autos tauglich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad sehr schön und die Aussicht vom Balkon traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Beim nächsten Mal wollen wir auch den schönen Pool nutzen - jetzt war das Wetter leider zu schlecht…

Heerlijk complex!
Wij hebben een week verbleven in dit complex. Het is een modern complex, ziet er verzorgd uit en is schoon. De communicatie bij het inchecken is goed! Vriendelijke en snel! De appartementen zijn netjes en redelijk ruim. De bedden waren prima. Zeker niet te hard. Ook het zwembad is top. De bedden zijn nagenoeg altijd vrij er is dus plek voor iedereen.

A relly great place, well located with walking distance to Garda. The pool area was very clean comfortable and quiet. The apartment was clean and well equipped but the beds really hard and not comfortable though. Great facilities and laundry in the building. A minus was smokers allowed everywere which could be inpleasant as anon smoker. Extremely helpful staff.

Wir waren insgesamt 11 Nächte im Residenza Olivo und hatten ein 2 Zimmer-Appartment. Positiv hervorzuheben: Parkmöglichkeiten, schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen, großer Balkon bzw. Terrasse im EG, kostenloses Reisebett für Baby/Kleinkind, angebotener Brötchenservice (haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt), Lage und Entfernung zum See. Negativ empfanden wir: die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe, der Boden war nicht mehr als besenrein, ich habe selbst nochmals gekehrt und gewischt. Die Gardinen sehen unmöglich aus und könnten mal gewaschen werden. Die Möblierung ist zwar modern, jedoch spartanisch und lieblos. Es fehlte an Ablagemöglichkeiten im Flur und Wohnbereich. Enttäuscht waren wir über den nicht vorhandenen Wäscheservice: es sind zwar Bettwäsche/Handtücher/Pooltücher vorhanden, jedoch werden diese standardmäßig nicht gewechselt - egal wie lange man bleibt. Bei einer Aufenthaltsdauer von 11 Nächten hätten wir diesen Service zumindest zwei- bis dreimal erwartet. Zumal der tägliche Übernachtungspreis nicht gerade günstig ist und sich die Anlage als hochwertig bezeichnet. Die Handtücher zu wechseln war für einen Aufpreis von 9,50 Euro pro Set (Duschtuch, Handtuch) möglich. Bei einer 3er Belegung wären das knapp 30 Euro gewesen. Als Alternative wurde uns der Kauf einer Münze für die Waschmaschine i.H.v. 5,00 Euro angeboten - somit konnten wir die Handtücher selbst waschen.

Fresht familieresort.
+: Nytt og pent resort. Vennlig personale, nok solsenger. Stor og god terrasse, bra klimaanlegg, flott uteområde. -: Lite oppholdrom for 4-6 personer, harde senger, passer best for familier med små barn, da det er mye lyd og aktivitet i bassenget. Ligger rett ved trafikkert vei, selv om det ikke plaget oss nevneverdig.

moderne FeWo in toller Lage
Die Wohnung war, wie beschrieben. Alles ist neu und gut durchdacht. Eine schöne Terrasse mit tollem Garten und schönen Blick. Der Küche mangelt es an nichts, die Ausstattung war gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider war die Wohnung sehr dreckig. Überall lag Staub herum, der Kühlschrank stank von innen, der Geschirrspüler nach Fisch, der Korkenzieher hatte noch den Korken der Vormieter. Im 2. Zimmer lag überall sehr viel Staub und das Bett war komplett nicht bezogen. Auf Nachfrage, ob jemand noch einmal putzen könne, wurde am nächsten Morgen eine Frau geschickt, die sich zeigen ließ, an welchen Stellen sie staubsaugen solle. Den Rest haben wir komplett selber gereinigt. Schade, zu Covid Zeiten eigentlich undenkbar. Dennoch eine sehr schöne Anlage in toller Lage, die mit Pflege sicherlich auch langlebiger wäre.

Wir können das Olivio wirklich weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnungen sind modern eingerichtet und für maximal 4 Personen groß genug. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Der Ausblick auf den schönen Pool sowie den See ist ein Traum. Unsere Wohnung lag im 2. Stock und wir konnten jeden Tag einen tollen Sonnenuntergang sehen. Auch die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es hier an nichts. Good to know: für eine Woche hatten wir 3 Spülmaschinentabs und zwei Rollen Klopapier zur Verfügung. Die Sauberkeit hätte noch einen Tick besser sein können. Unsere Füße /Socken waren sehr dunkel vom Boden der Wohnung. Gewischt wurde also glaube ich nicht.
