Hotel bem localizado, moderno e confortável. Café da manhã excelente, atendimento muito bom. O que ficou a desejar foi a forma de negociação de uma possível extensão da diária, pois precisava ficava ficar um pouco mais no hotel (além da diária que paguei) e achei um pouco inflexível a opção que passaram. No mais o hotel é muito bom

Viagem para conhecer Garanhuns

Hotel bom, acredito que seja o melhor da região, mesmo fazendo a reserva pelo hotéis.com na hora do check in foi pedido para pagar novamente e os quartos são de divisórias, o barulho dos outros quartos da para ouvir, não tem uma certa privacidade, mas o hotel é excelente. Café da manhã incrível.

Dentro do que se pode esperar de um Ibis. Para o local atende. So o cheiro do corredor que estava bem ruim e a limpeza do quarto que nao foi feita nenhum dos dois dias em que estive hospedada. Mas no geral, tudo dentro do esperado da proposta Ibis.

Comunicamos 2 vezes na recepção que a água do box/chuveiro estava transbordando. Mas nenhuma providência foi tomada. Televisão sacando da parede, machuquei meu ombro 2 vezes, nunca vi a pia ser no quarto e não dentro do banheiro. Atendimento da recepção muito ruim, momento do checkin que precisei, apenas! A atendente falando comigo e com os colegas, atenção zero! O que salva o hotel: as pessoas do café são maravilhosas! Muito gentis, educadas e atenciosas.

Foi horrível a estadia. Primeiro que quando eu e minha família chegamos a noite no hotel não tinham limpado o quarto. Liguei para a recepção e me informaram que eu tinha que ter saído às 12, só que a reserva era até o outro dia. Tive que descer e mostrar o pagamento do hotel. Me senti constrangida. Quando subir a noite o alarme de incêndio tocou e tomo mundo saiu descendo as escadas, só que ao chegar lá embaixo fomos informado que foi um alarme falso. Subimos para dormir só que fomos acordados com o som do alarme novamente. Descemos novamente de escada 6 andares. E, foi outro alarme falso. Desorganização total. Não indico.
