O hotel deixa a desejar ao tentar promover uma hospedagem cinco estrelas. A cama e travesseiros não eram confortáveis. O chuveiro quente falhou em alguns momentos e a TV nao garantia minimamente o uso de streaming, no dias de hoje!! Queixo-me porque pagamos um valor altíssimo, de alta temporada, e esperávamos um serviço de melhor qualidade pelo preço cobrado. Ou abaixa o valor abusivo da diária ou corrige questões básicas de uma hospedagem dessa qualificação.

Hotel antigo, inaugurado em 1990 porém passou por uma reforma grande, podendo afirmar que hoje oferece uma estadia muito boa. Os quartos não são grandes, porém nada que desqualifique o mesmo. Cama confortável, roupas de cama nova e banho novas. Ponto fraco do quarto é que empossa água no box do banheiro e a torneira da pia não tem água quente, apesar de ter um registro para isso. O café é bem diversificado e bom. A piscina é bem estruturada e o ambiente bem bonito, com gazebos e uma iluminação bem aconchegante. Um bar e um salão de jogos também fazem parte do ambiente. Outro detalhe que a piscina menor é aquecida. O hotel é bem localizado em uma avenida onde concentra vários bares e restaurantes. O Parque dos eucaliptos, Relógio das flores, Parque Van der Linden, cafeteria Sete Colinas também ficam próximos. Em resumo, recomendo.

ARREPENDIDO. NÃO RECOMENDO!

HORRÍVEL. Não vale o preço. Já fiquei em dormitório de beira de estrada muito melhor. Wi-Fi funcionou poucas horas antes do check-out. Chuveiro ou era frio, ou era gelado, além de esfar direcionado pra parede, então foi sofrimento tomar banho. Café da manhã era o básico do básico. Muita propaganda pra pouca qualidade. Ja fiquei em hotéis melhores pela metade do preço. Não recomendo. Me arrependo de ter hospedado lá. As únicas vantagens são: a garagem ampla e a proximidade com os melhores pontos turísticos noturnos.
