What a place. From the staff to the room everyone and everything was perfect so helpful and friendly. Great location also to top it off the restaurant brother and brother was out of this world with such a view of the city. The owner of the restaurant was so helpful nothing was no problem. Food was 10/10 plus. I’d recommend this hotel without a doubt

During my 8-night stay at this HongC Hotel , I found the complementary laundry room was very quite useful for washing/drying clothes. Furthermore, their various services were extremely accommodating to my requests in particular providing guidance of the locations of supermarkets, local banks, restaurants nearby. Besides, the General Manager could speak fluent English which is very exceptional in Gangneung area but very critical to the foreign tourists.

L'hôtel est à taille humaine. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, confortables. Le service est exceptionnelle, nous avions deux chambres, nous avons même reçu un cadeau par chambre accompagné d'un mot dans notre langue. Le personnel est au petit soin, super service, quelle gentillesse et bienveillance!

1층 로비에 공사중이라 어수선했다 4시에 첵인했는데 저층 방에 배정. 옆 건물 창문이 신경쓰여 블라인드 내리고 있어서 답답하다는 느낌이 첫인상이다. 내부시설은 잘되어 있었다. 특히 조명에 신경을 많이 썼구나하는 느낌 주위에 상업시설이 많이 있었다 .

객실이 넓고 깨끗해서 마음에 들었습니다. 남은 트윈 객실이 없어서 슈페리어 더블룸으로 예약했는데 침대가 싱글 두개 붙인 사이즈라 넓어서 편했어요. 친절한 서비스도 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 콘센트가 침대 한쪽으로만 있고 협탁 아래에 위치하고 있어서 사용하기 조금 불편했지만 그래도 방 곳곳에 콘센트가 있어서 모자라진 않았어요.

여름에 객실복도에 냉방이 안되는 호텔이라니

로비와 객실복도가 냉방이 전혀 안되고 찜질방 같아서 놀라서 문의했더니 복도에는 에어컨이 없다고 당당히 말함. 아무리 객실이 아니라지만 한여름에 실내가 찜질방처럼 덥고 습한 호텔이 어디 있음? 엘베 내려서 객실까지 오가는데 불쾌함을 참을 수 없었고 직원의 사과 한마디 없는 개념없는 태도에도 매우 놀라고 불쾌했음. 내부에 냉방이 안되는 호텔이라면 이 가격 받으면 안되는 거고 미리 안내 공지 하셔야 하죠. 각 층에 중고에어컨 한대씩만 설치해서 냉방온도 25도로만 틀어놔도 이 지경은 아닐텐데요. 이런 호텔은 대한민국 어디에도 없지 않을까 싶네요. 창틀에도 뿌연 먼지가 쌓여있어 찍어왔는데 사진 업로드가 안되네요.
