「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「The staff was great and to room was really nice but it was clear that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well lots of little curly hairs left in the bathtub. But overall very nice stay!!! Would definitely recommend!」

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help when needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would consider staying here again.」
