One of the best stays I’ve ever had in Galveston. The hotel feels like a resort. Very family friendly. Food and drinks were great. Heated pool was a big plus. We asked about checking in early and our room wasn’t ready. They offered to upgrade us for free to get us checked in immediately. Walked to the beach directly across the street.

This is a former motel with painted cement floors that were very cold; no furniture in room except one stool; unsafe parking ; no elevator. It’s misleading to say this place is 4stars. Definitely only 1-2 stars even if newer MOTEL Staff was nice. Expedia ratings very off based.

We are a newly renovated boutique style hotel that is built in the original bones of the 1960's Treasure Isle Motel. This hotel would be fun in the summer if all you want to do is go to the beach as it’s nice and clean and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. For our purpose, it was too far from everything so we had to rent a car to do anything and the Hotels.com fees were ridiculous.

Quaint fun beach hotel
It was amazing! It was very clean, comfortable and cozy! Everyone there was over the top friendly! The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant were exceptional! We will definitely stay again!!

Newly Opened tastefully renovated
Our first time in Galveston, we chose Hotel Lucine because it reminded us of boutique hotels we liked. The renovation is very well done, taste full and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant is excellent. Rooms are cozy and minimalist. Our stay was midweek offseason, so uncrowded. Enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.
