Check-in process was terrible from the time of the booking to arriving and not being able to check-in. Then calling the “after-hours” number to be told that my reservation had been cancelled and I could only rebook with directly with the property, which I am sure would have been at a higher rate. My family essentially waited in the cold for almost a full hour while the two parties (property and hotels.com) tried hashing it out. Then I called the “after hours” myself again, just to have the nicest person ever help me get my reservation reinstated and my family out of the cold and in the room. I wish I got that ladies name, but she was a true professional unlike the other individuals that I had spoken to previously.

We absolutely loved the views from the condo! The only issue we had is that we are only given one roll of toilet paper and they do not replenish toiletry items, trash bags or towels. I could see that for short term guests but if you plan to stay more than a night or two definitely bring your own toiletries. Other than that we had a great time and we see ourselves coming back one day!

The property and Condo Casa del Mar 365 was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Very family friendly and beach views, we will stay here again.

Perfect Stay!!

The accommodations were absolutely perfect. Located directly across from beach and fishing pier. The unit had absolutely everything we needed. Nicely updated great view of water. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great spot to walk to the beach. Traffic can get a little crazy during peak hours, but easy to eat around by going right out of the complex. Staff was friendly!

Loved our stay. Only issue we really had was the pool was HOT and in 100 degree heat a pool shouldn’t be so hot. Also neighbors were banging on the wall of the bedroom so trying to get sleep was difficult. Other than that the condo was great and had everything we wanted/needed.
