Road closed getting to hotel and no signage on how to access. Once we got there, check in was fine. Staff was friendly. After trying to get dinner locally, we came back to the room only to find out the tv didn’t work. Called the front desk and was told we would need to change rooms to get a room with a working tv. The internet went down ‘several days ago and messed up the cable boxes’. Front desk said they had already had to change 7 rooms today due to the problem. So, why put us in a room if no one bothered to check to see if the problem they easily knew about was effecting our room??? Seriously,….. Would not recommend coming back. Rooms were clean and looked nice but why would you put a guest in a room you should have know. Had problems???? Wouldn’t you think a maintenance person would have checked all the rooms to see if the problem from ‘several days ago’ was still an issue???

Had a very long day and drive to this hotel. Got in late, unpacked and showered, then found out my AC didn’t work. I was way too exhausted to pack everything back up and switch rooms, but it was a pretty difficult night sleeping without it.

This place has had a Sorry for our Dust construction sign for over a year. HVAC did not work, so no ventilation period. TV did not work. This place needs a thorough going thru and need to be shut down while they do it! We have stayed here coming and going during winter several years. We will not be staying here again. This is not a staffing issue.

They were remodeling and the lobby was all torn up. They had it pieced back together by breakfast, but floors were still very dirty. Hallways were dirty. Our room only had heat blowing out of the air conditioner, and after several trips to front desk, they finally sent up maintenance man before he left for day and he was able to rig it so that the fan was able to blow cool air, but room stayed fairly warm all night.

I checked in and went to my room. It shocked me. My room was dirty with trashes. They did not ensure my reservation. They just gave me an used room. My wife and I took two kids (4 yrs and 2 month) and drove for 5 hours to here. It made me furious.

The room I was given, the TV did not work when we checked in. The phone was also not working. Very inconvenient. The staff was helpful getting us into a new room on the same floor. But the new room the curtains were torn down and we were not able to close them. I informed the front desk and they did not do anything about it. The TV in the new room was also not working. Spent two days in a room with no tv. Will definitely pick a different place to stay next trip.

Tv and heat didnt work and the desk was suppose to tell us, so no TV and 74 degree room. Also, when we got to the third floor last night, a unattended vacumn was sitting there when we got off the elevator last night and still there this morning. I have pictures. My bill needs reversed.

Definitely not worth the price. Homeless ppl everywhere, the beds are horrible. Pool has been shut down for awhile, the pictures are not updated or accurate.

Best thing about stay was very friendly waitress at breakfast. Room was ok except for very loud cycling AC and evening staff who didn't know how to check in with third party vendors so we were double charged and had to wait for refund.

Good Place.
Nice, fairly new hotel in a good location. Close to many restaurants, fast food, outlets, and gas station. Breakfast was better than most. A special note; 5 inches of snow had come down overnight and I liked that they plowed their parking lot and they had a complementary snow brush for cleaning the snow off of guests’ vehicles. Nice touch.

Would never go back and don't advice to book here
Unfortunately the location is pretty bad. Lots of homeless around, walking and running around the parking lot, we got approached by one of them when we arrived at night and felt shaken because we were with our babies. Thankfully nothing happened to us, but we left from the parking lot scared of something happening to our car. We did mention this to the hotel front desk staff and they said they were going to call security. Not sure if they did. The room: the sofa was very dirty, the pillows smelled like sweat, the bathroom floor was dirty, full of crumbles and hair as well as the bathtub... I decided not to give a bath to my babies that night because of the lack of cleanliness. Front desk staff where nice as well as the staff at the breakfast area. Breakfast was good Hotel common areas were nice. Overall I think this hotel is overpriced for how it is managed and the location. We would never stay there again.

We had a great time… The food is the steakhouse is wonderful. The room itself at first was on the first level and the water pressure was insufficient. We brought the condition up to the front desk and they were happy to switch us the next room. The water pressure was great after that. The kids loved the sideways elevator. Wish that the room had conditioner in the shower. Conditioning shampoo doesn’t quite cut it.
