Sistemazione buona per un soggiorno senza pretese

Molto gentili a concederci un check-in anticipato, e camera già pronta. Posizione comoda. Camera spaziosa, come il bagno privato. Il bagno non ha punti d'aria se non una finestra che da sulla stessa camera (immaginate con mal di stomaco...), ed è posizionata in alto, motivo per cui per chiuderla è necessario salire su una sedia (che potrebbe non bastare se bassi), uguale per le 2 finestre in camera, bella scomodità. La camera è fresca con le finestre aperte, e non sembra esserci bisogno di aria condizionata (non presente/non promessa). In camera vi è una TV che funziona correttamente. C'è WiFi Manca il phon e magari un frigo (non promessi). Nel bagno non vi è il bidet, ma c'è un doccino. La cassetta del WC si era intoppata al primo lancio (dopo una semplice pipì ed un pezzo di carta igienica), sbloccata in autonomia con istinto tuttofare.Inoltre la parte superiore della tazza è scollegata dal resto e ogni volta che ci si siede si scivola. La doccia pur avendo un corpo doccia non chiude bene. Fornite asciugamani con ricambio free Dispenser sapone vuoto, in compenso c'erano alternative:2 saponette e 2 mini shampo-doccia. Non c'è tappeto fuori da doccia La colazione si svolge in bar vicino con buono consegnato il giorno prima (ci è capitato di doverlo chiedere il 1' gg per "dimenticanza" del B&B). La porta della struttura è spesso aperta e quasi sempre incustodita. Il num. telefono fornito dal sito hotels è errato (riferimento ad altra struttura). Manca un citofono per il B&B

Uniche note positive,la posizione centrale e la pulizia e gentilezza delle signore che puliscono le stanze. La colazione non ci è stata fornita e ci è stato comunicato solo all'arrivo per questione Covid, peccato che altri amici in altri B&B l'abbiano avuta senza problemi, la stanza che ci è stata assegnata era sotto terra, senza alcuna finestra verso l'esterno ma con una finestrella in comunicazione con la stanza adiacente. Quando rientravano i vicini, mediamente alle 2, 3 del mattina, accendendo la luce illuminavano anche la mia stanza svegliandoci. Stanza calda e umidità, senza aria condizionata, che era stata richiesta, e quando è stato fatto presente ci hanno concesso un ventilatore. Wifi funzionante solo per le 2 stanze all'ingresso.

le camere non sono state mai pulite durante il soggiorno, ci è stato dato un solo rotolo di carta igienica. niente frigo, niente cassaforte, sorveglianza 0, la struttura nel complesso è buona e si trova in un'ottima posizione. La colazione gratuita quest'anno non esiste causa covid, ci è stato detto solo al nostro arrivo nonostante sul sito e all'atto della prenotazione c'era scritto che c'era

Viaggio con un amico, nonostante avessimo pagato la colazione, ci è stato riferito che causa covid non poteva essere servita e non ci è stato riconosciuto alcun tipo di buono dalla titolare. Leggendo le condizioni però, abbiamo scoperto che la donazione non è mai stata servita, ma veniva dato un buono per poterla consumare al bar. In poche parole, hanno usato la scusa covid per non dare il buono colazione! Nota di merito per il servizio clienti Hotels.com che dopo la segnalazione ci ha riconosciuto un buono sconto per la prossima prenotazione
