「I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. 「staff人很好，很乾脆讓我們提早check-in，房間舒適乾淨，有廚房廚具可以自己動手（所以沒有附早餐）。有Wi-Fi，更好的是有免費洗衣服務，直接將衣服交給他們，會洗好烘乾摺好送來房間。熱水很熱。走7-8分鐘會到車站，算是方便的站，隔2站就到2線交接，到大教堂也不用坐很久（約15分鐘metro）。飯店附近有家樂福可以買東西。推薦！」

「This website would not let me choose “other” for the things I didn’t like about this place, so I will include them here with the rest of my review… This apartment had big, beautiful bedrooms and was very clean! It looked like it may have been recently renovated. However, there were many little things that needed attention… one of the bed frames was broken, the shower drain didn’t drain, the remote controls for the fans & tv did not all work and/or did not have batteries, the dishwasher door...

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
