「Superior Double Room with Balcony and Panoramic view.
Stayed here for 3 nights and was pretty disappointed overall. Booked what they called their "superior double room," and it was tiny—barely enough space to open both suitcases without them blocking the path to the bathroom. Felt more like a glorified closet than a proper hotel room.
Check-in staff (young woman at the front desk) was completely indifferent—minimal eye contact, no smile. Not rude exactly, but zero warmth or...
