"Really enjoyed my stay at Capsis The pool area is great , they weekend to be plenty of loungers which is great unlike so many places you have to go early to try to snag one. Pool was large enough not small Pool staff were attentive Everything was great Rooms are a little dated and hotel a little ways away from attractions / waterfront but for the price and a truly great staff all that doesn’t matter to much to me Breakfast also again very good"

"Great location! Lovely modern rooms - really as nice as they look on the photos! Only issue was that one of the rooms had a smell of cigarettes coming from the AC. Otherwise, very clean! On the same street there are a couple of tiny bars - lovely atmosphere (no noise issue at all!) and a great pizza place, plus lots of other cafes and bars around! Would be better if codes etc are shared automatically on the day rather than needing guests to call etc to get them (very inconvenient / expensive!!)"

"This hotel was exceptional! The loft suite we rented for our family was perfect! Very clean amenities plenty staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel as we were all very very happy with the service the accommodations and the location."

"The location is great, a few steps from Aristotelous Square. However, in past few years hotel significantly raised the prices and on the other side they lowered the quality of breakfast and they charge extra some items that before were included, like ommlete for breakfast. Also, bathrooms are renovated but small, without enough hooks, glasses etc."

"My only regret in booking the Royal Hotel is that I could not stay longer! We just stayed one short night so we could fly out of Thessaloniki. The hotel was the perfect spot, I would have liked to use the amenities more and stayed a little longer. Thanks for the memories Greece!!"
