「Didnt really see a y staff apart from check in and check out seemed. There was a smell in the room, not sure if this was a drain issue or a cleaning producted a banana odour that wasnt to good. We left windows open and kept bathroom door closed. Apart from that for the money you pay was fine would have me tioned it if i have of been staying more then one night 」

「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which...

「I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get...

「The staff here are top class they’ll make you feel like royalty with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. The room was beautiful I was impressed with the details - everything from the kettle to the phone and the pillows matched the decor and theme. The room was clean and the temperature control was spot on. They breakfast is delicious and the dining room is stunning. It’s great place to tap into your imagination, you can easily get lost in the romantic atmosphere. 」
