Happy Stay
Our ove-all stayed was great. Im not a people that complain unless it something that cant ve over looked. With that being said the room were great to us. The only things that stood out were. The shower need to have doors that will close all the way. 1. The floor gets very wet because it only have one side close. 2. The couch were very comfortable be there was dust on tge head rest pillow. Otherwise our stay was great.

The staff was superb! When i first checked in, a dog was barking in the room next door and the female at the front desk wasted no time in finding me another room. Juanita was always there in the morning with a warm smile and a good morning. I believe it was day 3 or 4 and my room needed a little cleaning. Diane & her team were right on it after i briefly mentioned this to her!

Attempted Entry at 4am
Someone opened my hotel room door at 4am. The manager has still not called me back to investigate or get the information. But the hotel was nice and clean.

Bathroom in trim was dirty, staff was not available when I came to check in, just not that friendly and really not an attractive hotel.

We got to the hotel and they gave us a dirty room. Had to go back down and get a different room. The rooms are really nice. The lady at the front was very nice and apologized for us getting a dirty room.

Full kiitchenette very convenient. Rooms were clean and quiet, (stayed on top floor). Very nice breakfast. All the staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. Will be staying there again next month.

Great Experience for a Weekend!
I came here for the reviews. They did not disappoint. This place is top notch compared to most hotels I've stayed at. Special kudos to the cleaning staff as they did an amazing job! Breakfast was hot, but. . Your better off cooking in your room, utensils and pots/pans were all in the room when I got there. Highly Recommended!

When we arrived there was no one at check in desk. We waited 20 minutes for someone to appear. We used the house phone ,no answer, we called the hotel number no answer. We cannot believe in a hotel this size you only have one person on duty.

Someone attempted to break into my car. Couldn’t sleep from the marijuana odor coming from what seemed like everywhere.

We work with our local police department as well to try to eliminate any issues like those to occur on our property.

1st room had dog hair on carpet and nightstands and 2nd room kitchen floor was not clean and the utensils were not clean.

The Finger Nail
1st room I checked was dirty. Wanted to leave hotel, but couldn't because they already hit my credit card and there was no mgr on-site. Was given another room, better, but there was a finger nail from a previous stay in bathroom under towel rack, I left it there as a test. The room was cleaned 2 more times after that, still there and it is probably still there. I think the cleaning crew needs glasses. Always had to ask for basic things, toilet paper, facial tissue, soap. Poor attention to details, poorly run, when I called Marriot customer on the 1st night they did nothing. I will never stay at another Mariott again, especially this one.

I saw a roach i call the gentleman at the front desk he only said sorry i think i should have been refunded something i paid over 700 to stay at a nice hotel not with roaches. I ask for a roll away bed the first night the person at the front desk act like it was a problem

Greetings, My sincere apologies for the issue you experienced during your stay. I understand how frustrating you must of felt with the lack of empathy. We will be retraining our staff on better problem resolutions. Even though we do have a solid pest control process with regular visits , we have brought this to the attention of our service technician.
