"The room was older but nice and roomy. The only bad thing is the ceiling light was out. We only stayed one night so I didn't call the front desk. Very close to CMH. Everyone on staff was very friendly. We would stay here again. "

"Room was comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Front desk was attentive at check in and during a phone call for a possible lost item realized at 4:30 am while preparing to leave for my flight. The front desk agent went to look in the restaurant for my missing item - thankfully, I realized I packed it differently and found what I thought I had lost, but the agent took time to find it and I appreciate her kindness. My sister and I had dinner at the bar where we received excellent service from Brandon, lots of laughs with the other patrons who have been stranded by the winter storm, and really great food! Overall, a great stay, thanks to a wonderful staff. "
