「房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.」
「Outside was run down.
Staff was nice.
Room has been updated and is nice but floors were not very clean and both beds had bedding with cigarette burn holes in them.
Bed was comfortable though
Also there was a significant gap in our door that let outside light in.」
「Our room was FILTHY. Comforter was cigarette burned, stained, and the floor has wide cracks in them. Mind you, we've been staying at this hotel every time we travel, but this is definitely the worst experience we've ever had.」
