「The owners are always SUPER. Only place we stay. Upgrade to deluxe room with jacuuzi tub if you want some great relaxing. Its in the same room with the bed so you can relax and watch tv at the same time. Still has a full bathroom as well. Its an older place, but clean. Plenty of eating options around. Many stores around close by. 」

「We stay in this hotel every time we come to Oneonta. It had been looking run down the last few years, but they have updated with new tvs, beds, etc... and it is now comfortable and clean! :)」

The room is spotless, the appliances are brand new, and they have continental breakfast included in the room price. Best of all the breakfast includes waffles. Boaz is well worth the trip, it has it all plus so much more!」
