"Bed very tiny in Executive room, TV channels very limited. Could do with a Smart TV bigger screen. Change of furniture in lounge could add value , as it currently look outdated. Breakfast very poor, staff attitude needs improving, it took 45mins for cooked breakfast to be served. No apology whatsoever, just staring at you like you are wrong to point out the obvious delay."

"Room is full of cockroaches. Breakfast not included in the rate while it want explained at booking time. Breakfast quality very very low for the money charged for it. Expedia is also blamed for no transparent rates. "
