l'albergo si presenta molto bene da fuori. purtroppo però la struttura è molto vecchia, parcheggio scomodo a 300 mt di distanza, pulizia non impeccabile, stanze molto rumorose. per un 4 stelle è davvero inaccettabile da evitare

Arredo Ed atmosfera decadente, personale non in linea con l’ospitalità della zona. Ci hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno prima di darci le chiavi della camera e con le valigie in mano (mai successo).

A primo impatto l'hotel si presenta bene, ottima posizione, vista sul mare, arredamento ok. Il servizio è sicuramente migliorabile: accoglienza inesistente, signora delle pulizie invadente, colazione misera, nulla a che vedere con un hotel 4 stelle. Camere spaziose, letto comodissimo, ma dovrebbero essere rimodernate.

Vacanza al mare

Una settimana in questo hotel rivelatosi deludente in rapporto alle aspettative per un 4 stelle.Tutto è da migliorare : dalla reception alla pulizia, dalle dotazioni della camera al wifi. L'aria condizionata non si poteva regolare, la biancheria era vetusta e la luce in bagno non sufficiente. Il garage è a ca. 500 mt e costa 15 € a notte. Nota positiva il cibo.

Decadenza. Solo un ricordo dei vecchi tempi

Unica cosa positiva la camera fronte mare . Tutte le guarnizioni doccia o vasca sono ammuffite il frigo non si chiudeva e perdeva acqua, i rompi getti dei lavandini e bidet erano intasato. ...non mi hanno portato uno stendono per la roba bagnata. ...se questo è un 4 stelle...!?

Una struttura fatiscente.

Hotel sopravvalutato. Colazione di livello infimo, caffè imbevi bile, assenza di frutta. All'ascensore manca solo la manovella,il mobile bar non viene rifornito. La cosa peggiore l'insopportabile odore di fogna che dal bagno emana nella stanza. Bocciato senza appello.

Hotel with wonderful sea view

The hotel did not met our expection. The quality does not correspond to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel building was not in good condition on the outside as well as inside. I should call the hotel to be backdrop hotel, a relic from the past that need to be refreshed. We rent a room with sea view that was small, with a big balcony that was not cleaned. Furnitures on the balcony was old, dirty and not very comfortable. The breakfast was not good compared to other 4 star hotel we have stayed during our Italian journey.

Mi sento truffato (colpa mia)

Ho soggiornato nell'albergo di recente; bella struttura, tutto OK. La mazzata mi è arrivata al check-out: siccome sono arrivato dopo le 21 (da Napoli; 7 ore di guida sotto la pioggia), il receptionist mi ha consentito (dopo una telefonata) di fare cena. Io, contento, non ho chiesto il prezzo (dovevea veramente informarmi lui). Ma, trattandosi di un buffet di insatate, 2 primi, 2 secondi, un contorno (patate al forno inzuppate di olio) e forse 3 dolci, non ho cercato di capire quanto costassea. Nella sala c'erano dei menu esposti, ma senza prezzo. Cera un gruppo di altre ca. 20 persone; ho preso dell'acqua e un bicchiere di vino della casa. Il totale: € 38,50 .... Mi sono fatto fare la fattura, dove hanno scritto "Extra". Dopo aver pagato, ho fatto presenta al ricevimento (in totale 4 pesone presenti al momento nel back office), che mi sento veramente raggirato... L'unica risposta che avevo ottenuto era: "ah, veramente?" . DI SICURO NON TORNERO MAI PIU QUI, ANCHE SE PER LAVORO FREQUENTO LA ZONA E SICURAMENTE SCONSIGLIERO A TUTTI. Se volevano farmi pagare la cena per tutto il gruppo ceh aveva mangiato prima di me, potevano almeno dirmelo prima. Ma, come scrivo nel titolo, è alla fin dei conti è (forse) colpa mia che non mi sono informato....

ottimo per relax in inverno

Grand Hotel. Il personale tipicamente da albergo di lusso. Molto gentili le Signorine. Personale delle pulizie merita una lode perché spesso si trascura quanto sia fondamentale il loro ruolo all'interno dello staff, in quanto, i titolari non "possono" esaminare ogni mattina il loro operato. La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale. Ottimo soggiorno anche se brevissimo.

Es war einmal...

Alles in Allem ist der Glanz der vergangen Tage vorbei, doch das Personal war sehr höflich ! Irgendwann wurde aufgehört das Inventar zu pflegen. Alt kann auch Klasse haben, bei dem GH Michelacci ist das leider nicht mehr so. Die Einzelzimmer sehr klein, Bad mit Duche ca, 1,5 qm. Die Zimmermädchen geben alles aber der Pflegezustand des Hauses kommt nicht nach. Der Speisesaal macht noch am meisten her, dafür ist das Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich. Das Hotel muss anscheinend einmal 5 Sterne gehabt haben und das Personal läuft noch mit den Kleidungsstücken herum. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Ausstattung des EZ. LCD TV, Telefon & Klimaanlage(80er Jahre), Bad & Mini Balkon für einen Stuhl, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Alles in allem für italienische Verhältnisse noch befriedigend, aber auf keinem Fall ein 4 Sterne Standard.

Ideale per le famiglie

Personale gentile e molto disponibile (ho rotto il pedale della frizione dell'automobile) e mi hanno trovato un meccanico al sabato pomeriggio per la riparazione e senza un esborso da rapina.... L'unico neo che riguarda tutti gli alberghi della zona e che hanno poco parcheggio e quindi bisogna utilizzare il servizio navetta per raggiungere la propria auto custodita a qualche km di distanza.
